Airtel Business and PSU ITI Limited join forces to accelerate enterprise cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure across India.

Airtel Business, the B2B enterprise arm of Bharti Airtel, has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Public Sector Undertaking ITI Limited (Indian Telephone Industries) to jointly accelerate enterprise cloud modernization, secure digital infrastructure, and 5G enterprise networks across India.

The partnership brings together Airtel’s extensive nationwide fiber footprint, edge data centers, and enterprise telecom solutions with ITI Limited’s manufacturing capabilities, public sector reach, and government-certified secure data infrastructure.

Intent-First Alliance Mandate and Strategic Goals

The alliance targets large-scale digital transformation contracts spanning central and state government departments, public sector banks, defense establishments, and large Indian enterprises.

By combining ITI's domestic manufacturing capacity for optical network equipment and smart meters with Airtel Business's managed security services, cloud infrastructure, and Private 5G networks, the joint venture aims to strengthen national cyber sovereignty and accelerate Digital India initiatives.
