IIT Roorkee's Department of Architecture and Planning has commenced ground surveys at Chandigarh's Capitol Complex, the iconic ensemble of civic buildings designed by Swiss-French modernist architect Le Corbusier and inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2016.
